ProvenCalc is a static website. Calculator inputs and results stay in your browser and are not submitted to us. This site currently makes no analytics, advertising, font, or third-party script requests; every calculation runs in your browser. You can use every tool without creating an account or accepting a cookie banner.

Information the calculators process

Values entered into calculator fields are processed by JavaScript on your device. We do not receive, store, or associate those values with an identity. The TDEE unit preference may be stored in your browser's local storage so the same device can reopen the selected unit system. You can remove it through browser site-data controls.

Hosting logs and analytics

The hosting and security provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp, and security signals to deliver the site and prevent abuse. If we ever enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it will provide aggregate, cookieless traffic measurements. We do not use Google Analytics and will not add advertising cookies without updating this policy and adding any legally required consent controls.

Links, affiliates, and contact

External citation or affiliate links lead to sites with their own privacy practices. An affiliate URL may contain a tracking parameter that lets a merchant attribute a purchase after you click. We do not control the merchant's processing. If you email us through the contact page, your email provider and ours process the message, and we retain it only as needed to respond or maintain an audit trail of a correction.
